Damon Bryant

Damon, born and raised in Central Indiana, spent the first half of his professional life in the finance industry. After 24 years in finance he decided to it was time for a change and became involved in building a sales and marketing plan for the roofing segment of a local contractor. Damon became passionate about the roofing industry and entrepreneurship and decided to build his own successful roofing business. His go-to-market approach focuses on delivering an excellent client experience and exceeding customer expectations. Damon is a frequent volunteer at Wheeler Mission and is a co-owner of OTW Solutions, an industrial, non-hazardous cleaning company. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his children outdoors.

Kristen Turner

Kristen was in the service industry before deciding to pursue a different career path. She has always enjoyed customer service and is no stranger to the roofing industry, having a father who is a roofing contractor. Kristen has been with Bryant Roofing Systems for a year scheduling estimate appointments, working with home insurance companies, handling social media and some accounting. She is from Franklin, Indiana and maintains strong ties to her large family. Kristen enjoys spending time with her 1-year-old son and 9-year-old Boxer named Rocky.
